Virtual Helpdesk
$50* / monthVirtual Helpdesk includes the following:
- Discounted hourly rate of $110/hour with Priority Support
- Batchnet contacts you biannually to schedule a maintenance visit
- Ability to login to batchnet.com and create on-line support tickets
- Includes Monitored Backup Service (normally $15/month)
*this rate does not include on-site or remote service fees; hourly rates apply
Remote Backup Storage and Management

$35* / month, 51 - 99 GB
*these rates do not include monitoring. We recommend adding our Monitored Backup Service plan, or alternatively we can train your staff how to check the backup status yourself.
