A Batchnet project is based on the premise that customers don't want surprises. We work with our clients to develop a comprehensive set of needs and requirements, that become the Project Proposal. This is the customer's checklist of what to expect, and how to measure the delivery of it.
During a Batchnet project, all the work is documented and presented to the customer. We believe that since you are paying for the network, you should have all the information about it. This is presented in our Network Administrator's Manual, a comprehensive catalog of settings and configurations on your network.
