Customer Response Priority

When your computers stop, so does your business.     We understand.

Batchnet is committed to keeping your business running smoothly. We guarantee fast response to those emergency situations where your business has slowed or stopped.

Priority 1: Full Outage

Your business has stopped because the whole computer system is down and you have no access to your information. You are looking for the calvary to come charging over the hill and save the day. Batchnet will respond within three hours of your call to us.

Priority 2: Partial Outage

Your business is significantly impaired because the computer system is very slow, or parts of it are down. You have limited access to your information, but it is a big pain. Batchnet will respond that same business day.

Priority 3: Scheduled Outage

This is special work that has a definite time to be done, usually in coordination with others. An example would be changing a T-1 line. These are not fast response, but are not interruptible since the customer is off-line while the work is being completed.

Priority 4: Normal Work

Your business is operating normally, but you want changes made to the computer system. This is the normal flow of our business and we will call to schedule a mutually convenient time. We do not interrupt other work to start one of these tasks, but a Priority 4 could possibly be interrupted (gracefully) if another customer has a Priority 1 outage.

Priority 5: Project Work

This work is done off-site or before the customer moves in. It is not time-sensitive, but does have specific milestones and deadlines.

PREVENTING the outages

PREVENTING   these serious computer problems is the least expensive way to keep your business productive. We work with our clients to detect and prevent computer outages. Preventive work is completed as Priority 3, 4 or 5, so that you don't have the ugly surprise of a Priority 1 or 2 outage.

An ounce of prevention is ~ still ~ worth a pound of cure.
